CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Each Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies. Prior to booking any activity with us, clients are required to ask about the cancellation policy specific to that tour.
- Combo tours are subject to cancellation; however, if any single tour within a combo is cancelled, the combo offer becomes void. In such cases, Rayna Tours will calculate the individual tour price for the non-cancelled tour and refund the remaining amount.
- When booking a combo, please ensure that all combo tour options are available. Otherwise, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services listed in the available options.
- Failure to attend a tour will result in no refunds, either partial or full. This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur-driven services, and confirmed tours, including transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services, for which rescheduling is not permitted.
